The invoice arrives immediately by email, with IBAN, payment reference and a 14-day payment term. You pay conveniently by bank transfer, no credit card needed.
Once payment arrives we create your cards, digital cards usually on the same business day: as a PDF package to you or by email straight to each recipient. Postcards arrive by post.

The full card value always belongs to the recipients. You pay only the card value plus a small service fee per card. The larger the order, the lower the fee: from €5,000 in card value it is completely fee-free.

Where can recipients redeem the card?
At over 15,000 local favorites across Germany: owner-run restaurants, cafés, shops and experiences. Recipients can easily find all participating places via the search on our website.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, you can order from a single card. For very large quantities (over 5,000 cards), please use our quote form; we will get back to you within 24 hours with a personal offer.
How quickly do I receive the cards?
We usually create digital cards on the same business day after payment is received. Physical postcards are printed and sent by post after payment is received.
How do I pay?
Conveniently by invoice and bank transfer. You receive the invoice immediately by email with IBAN, payment reference and payment term (14 days). No credit card needed. You can add your own purchase order (PO) number directly in the form.
How does VAT work?
The card value is a multi-purpose voucher (Mehrzweckgutschein), so no VAT is due on it at issuance. VAT is charged only on the service and shipping fees. For companies from other EU countries with a valid VAT ID, we apply the reverse charge procedure.
Digital or physical?
Both. Digital cards arrive as a PDF package to you or by email straight to each recipient. Physical cards are printed and sent as a high-quality postcard.
Can I personalize the cards?
Yes. Every card carries your logo and a personal message, with a live preview while you order. With a recipient list (CSV or Excel), we customize the name, value and message on each card.
How long are the gift cards valid?
Three years from issuance. Recipients have more than enough time to pick out something nice at their leisure.
